http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LJJPkZfhwMQ This is a commercial from this years superbowl. I think this shows one of the "shocking ads". I think it can go under the "intellectual shock" category. It is an "intellectual shocking" ad because the company shows the truth of marketing. Showing that they use sex images or party images in marketing. I don't know if this advertising works. It seem wierd to me.

Amy, this is the perfect example of an "intellectually shocking" ad--a commercial that makes fun of other commercials, even while it uses the same sexual imagery that the other commercials use..."don't trust us; trust us." Excellent.
